We cater for Australian and International postage. Please note shipping times are out of our control.
Processing of your order can take 2-3 business days before your items are in the post. We are a small business and we always endeavour to have your items to you promptly.
Australian Customers
Standard shipping is free Australia wide on orders over $200! No code needed. For orders under $200, standard shipping with be a flat rate of $10. Pack and Track Standard Postage usually arrives 2-7 business days after processing.
Express shipping is $5 Australia wide on orders over $200. No code needed. For orders under $200, express shipping with be a flat rate of $15. These rates include priority processing, postage and handling of your items. Express Postage usually arrives in 1-2 business days after processing.

International Customers
International shipping is a a flat rate of $30. Delivery times may vary between countries.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds. Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
Non-sale items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange of an item of the same value provided that the item is returned in original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed & all labels, tags and crotch sticker attached. The customer must cover the full cost of postage for all returns to & from Annake Swimwear.

1. Fill out returns slip you receive with your Annake order
2. Purchase: a) Pre-paid self addressed postbag OR
b) return postage here.
3. Place garments, return slip (and prepaid self addressed postbag if applicable) into postbag addressed to
